Simone is a senior at the Entrepreneurship and Business Academy at Kempsville High School. She is the Chapter  President of the Virginia Beach chapter of Planting Shade and the international social media director. She is activly involved in her community, having started her own non-profit, Resiliency Fund. She is interested in studying political sciences and enviromental sciences in college. 

Randall is a 9th grader at Cape Henry Collegiate. He cares about the environment and has initiated plantings and educational series with middle schoolers for elementary students.  He assists the team in the annual Neptune Festival fundraisers. Randall loves reading, science and theater and is an active Boy Scout.
