The Richmond, VA chapter is the second oldest planting shade chapter and has successfully planted over 2,000 trees! The Richmond chapter has worked with private property owners and numerous schools and Universities including University of Richmond and the Collegiate School.

Eli Solodar is a senior at The Steward School. He enjoys spending time with his friends, playing basketball, and enjoying the outdoors. He is also the president of Richmond’s Planting Shade.
